		<description>Hi Jon,

Is the underlying script for this written in PHP? I was going to start work on a script for one of my own projects - it requires an uploaded photograph to have the number plate blurred.

The blurring part is easy using GD or imagick, but finding the letters to be blurred is less so - I was looking at PHP solutions for OCR etc... until I saw your implementation!

Any pointers?

Thanks,
